Jai Raj Ispat Limited, incorporated in 1984 is a closely held Limited Company with turnover of over Rs.150 Crores.  Shri S.K. Goenka promoted the company. His industrial experience began from his college days as he was born into a family that ran a Jute Mill Ancillary industry in Calcutta.

The Furnace division of Jai Raj Ispat manufactures M.S. Billets and the Rolling mill division manufactures Constructional Steel (TMT Bars).
